Promotions start as soon as we receive your stand booking form with a free of charge entry on the website .

Trade Press and Local Newspapers
There will be a major advertising feature in the Caterer, Licensee & Hotelier, and in The Carer (for the nursing and residential care sectors). With an up to the minute special preview, giving you the opportunity to promote your products and services. Exhibitors will be contacted by Dave Bartlett or Peter Fieldson to ascertain whether they wish to be featured in either of the publications. 
Event information is also featured in the B.I.I. (British Institute of Innkeepers) trade publication, which is sent to thousands of their members.
Press releases and exhibition information is also featured in local newspapers throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Free Trade Invitations
Our trade invitations are free and incorporate a link to the website registration page. We mail a trade invitation direct from our mailing house to cafés, camping sites, caravan parks, convalescent homes, guest houses, holiday accommodations, hotels & Inns, leisure centres, nursing homes, public houses, residential & retirement homes, restaurant, fish & chip shops, take away food outlets, tourist attractions, tea & coffee shops and wine bars throughout Cornwall, Devon and the Isles of Scilly.
Please ensure you order your invitations, as these are FREE of charge and can be sent with your invoices, or as a targeted direct mail campaign to your customers. Please specify the quantity you require on the booking form and they will be sent to you during December.

e-Invitations
These are produced by us and customised to include the company name, logo and stand number. They will be issued to the exhibitors one month prior to the exhibition and to be sent out to their existing or potential clients.

The expowest Trade Suppliers Guide
Every visitor to the exhibition receives a free copy of the colour A5 guide. The guide includes exhibitor contact details, product listings and descriptions. They are usually retained by our visitors as a point of reference for goods and services long after the event.

Local Radio
There will be a comprehensive campaign on local commercial stations, Pirate Radio in Cornwall and Gemini Radio Devon.

Television
There will be a comprehensive prime time campaign on ITV1 Westcountry reaching 798,000 in the Cornwall, Devon and Somerset regions.

expowest Website
Your company name, logo, live weblink and product information is submitted to the expowest website upon receipt of your stand booking form.
The website also offers exhibitors the opportunity to advertise on the front page of our site in the Spotlight section, to promote new products, services and special offers.
