Cornwall is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Great
Britain, attracting over four million visitors each year. 50% of the visitors stay for seven days
and approximately 25% stay for fourteen days. There are 31,559 beds spaces available in serviced
accommodation, plus a further 20,000 pitches/beds/units within the self- catering sector.
Cornwall's catering outlets also include over 1000 pubs and Inns and over 750 restaurants and
cafes.
This important holiday region generates an annual spend from tourism in excess of £888m offering
enormous sales potential for suppliers and service providers.
