How to book a Stand
Please call the sales team on 01872 245220 and we will work with to find the best possible position for your company.
After selecting your stands we will post or email your completed booking form for you to check and sign. Please fax or post back the form to us with the required one third + VAT deposit.
As soon as we receive your booking form and full deposit we will confirm the acceptance of your booking by return. The balance including any electrical and water requirements will be invoiced in November 2009 and as per the terms and conditions of booking, this invoice must be paid by the required date stated on the invoice.
Provisional Stand Bookings
Provisional stand bookings will be held for seven working days. If your confirmation and deposit have not been received within seven days, your provisional booking will be cancelled without any obligation.
Deliveries
Can be made to the Exhibition Hall on Monday 1st March 2010 between 08:30
and 18:00
Please ensure that your Stand Number is on all deliveries

Stand Build
Monday 1st March 2010 - Halls open to Exhibitors 08:30 - 18:00
All stands MUST be completed by 18:00 on the 1st March 2010
Stand Breakdown
After close Thursday 4th March 2010 (as per the terms and conditions of booking), stands must not be broken down until 16:00
All exhibits must be removed from the halls after the close 4th March 2010.
Opening Times for Visitors
Tuesday 2nd March – 10am - 5pm
Wednesday 3rd March – 10am - 5pm
Thursday 4th March – 10am - 4pm
Dogs
No dogs (Except Guide Dogs) are permitted in the Exhibition Halls
Security
Night Security will be maintained, operating from 18:00 on 1st March until
09:00 on 4th March. All products, materials etc, must be removed from the Halls
after close 4th March. Notwithstanding the instruction issued specifically for
the closing night of the exhibition, 4th March. Security of exhibits on the stands,
furniture, etc, during the build, breakdown and opening times of the exhibition,
is wholly the responsibility of the exhibitor and the organisers will not be
responsible for any losses that occur during any period of the build, breakdown
and opening times of the exhibition.
First Aid
Two First Aid Officers will be on duty on stand build day and throughout the exhibition opening times
