TRADE INVITATIONS (FREE Tickets)
Our trade invitations are 1/3 A4 leaflets incorporating a visitor
registration form. We mail direct from the organisers office a 'trade'
invitation to every café, camping site, caravan park, convalescent home,
guest house, holiday accommodation, hotel & Inn, leisure centre, nursing
home, public house, residential & retirement home, restaurant, fish &
chip shop & restaurant, take away food, tea & coffee specialist shop,
wine bar throughout Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
Please make sure you order as many tickets as you require, these are FREE
of charge and can be included with your monthly accounts or as a separate
targeted direct mail campaign to your customers. (please order the
quantity you require on the booking form) Invitations will be dispatched
to exhibitors during December.
THE 'expowest' SUPPLIERS CONTACT GUIDE
Every visitor to the exhibition receives a free copy of the guide. The guide includes exhibitor contact details and product listings and descriptions.
