How to book your stands
Please select the stands of your choice and complete and sign the space booking forms.
Booking forms can be found either on the brochure you may have received, or you can download/view an Adobe PDF version of the
booking form and Terms and Conditions here.
Please return the forms to us with the
required one third + VAT deposit. As soon as we receive your booking form and full deposit we will confirm the acceptance of
your booking by return. The balance including any electrical and water requirements will be invoiced at a later date and as
per the terms and conditions of booking, this invoice must be paid by required date stated on the invoice.
Provisional Stand Bookings
PROVISIONAL STAND BOOKINGS WILL BE HELD FOR SEVEN WORKING DAYS. IF YOUR CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN
SEVEN DAYS, YOUR PROVISIONAL BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION.
Stand Build
MONDAY 18th FEBRUARY HALL OPEN TO EXHIBITORS 08.30-1800
ALL STANDS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 1800 - 18th FEB
Deliveries can be made to the Exhibition Hall on Monday 18th February between 8.30am and 6pm.
The delivery address is: The expowest Welsh Hospitality Exhibition, United Counties Showground,Carmarthen SA33 5DR. Please
include your stand number.
Stand Breakdown
AFTER CLOSE (4pm) THURSDAY 21st FEBRUARY AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR BOOKING. STANDS MUST NOT BE BROKEN DOWN UNTIL
4pm.ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALLS AFTER THE CLOSE ON 21st FEBRUARY
Dogs
No dogs (Except Guide Dogs) are permitted in the Exhibition Hall.
First Aid
First Aid Officers will be on duty throughout the exhibition build and on the exhibition days during opening times.
Opening Times for Visitors
Tuesday 19th February 10am - 5pm
Wednesday 20th February 10am - 5pm
Thursday 21st February 10am - 4pm
Security
NIGHT SECURITY will be maintained, operating from 1800 on 18th February 2008 until 0900 on 21st February 2008. All
products,materials, etc must be removed from the halls after close on 21st February 2008.
Notwithstanding the instruction issued specifically for the closing night of the exhibition, 21st February.
Security of exhibits, furniture etc.on stands throughout the build, breakdown periods and during the opening times of the
exhibition, is wholly the responsibility of the exhibitor and the organizers will not be responsible for any losses that occur
during any period of the build, breakdown and during the opening times of the exhibition.
