How to book your stand
Please telephone or email us to check on stand availabilty on 01872 245220 or email us at expowest@globalnet.co.uk
Please return the forms to us with the required one third + VAT deposit. As soon as we receive your booking form and full deposit we will confirm the acceptance of your booking by return. The balance including any electrical and water requirements will be invoiced in November 2007 and as per the terms and conditions of booking, this invoice must be paid by required date stated on the invoice.
Provisional stand bookings
Provisional stand bookings will be held for SEVEN working days. If you confirmation and deposit have not been received within that time, then your booking will be cancelled abd the stand released.
Stand build
Monday 4th February - Halls open to exhibitors 0830 - 1800
All stands must be completed by 1800 on the 4th February
Deliveries
Deliveries can be made to the Exhibition Hall on Monday 4th February 2008 between 0830 and 1800.
Please ensure that YOUR STAND NUMBER is on all deliveries

The 'expowest' Exhibition at The Westpoint Centre, Clyst St Mary, Exeter EX5 1DJ.
After close 1600 Thursday 1st February, as per the terms and conditions of your booking, Stands MUST NOT be broken down until 1600.
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALLS AFTER THE CLOSE ON 7th FEBRUARY 2008
Dogs
No dogs (Except Guide Dogs) are permitted in the Exhibition Hall
First Aid
Two First Aid Officers will be on duty throughout the exhibition opening times.
Opening times for visitors
Tuesday 5th February 10am - 5pm
Wednesday 6th February 10am - 5pm
Thursday 7th February 10am - 4pm
Security
NIGHT SECURITY will be maintained, operating from 1800 on 4th February 2008 until 0900 on
7th February 2008. All products, materials, etc must be removed from the halls after close on
7th February 2008 Notwithstanding the instruction issued specifically for the closing night of the exhibition, 7th February.
Security of exhibits, furniture etc. on stands throughout the build, breakdown periods and during the opening times of the exhibition, is wholly the responsibility of the exhibitor and the organisers will not be responsible for any losses that occur during any period of the build, breakdown and during the opening times of the exhibition.
